The Motherhood Series - September 11th

Maddy is a postpartum and women’s health nurse and the founder of Uterine Wisdom & Wellness and Mother’s Table here in the Tampa Bay area. Her care sits at the intersection of clinical evidence and ancestral wisdom, blending nursing, lactation support, and traditions like Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Ayurveda to nourish mothers during the fourth trimester.

During this gathering, the first 30min, Maddy will share the healing properties of postpartum-supportive herbs and guide each mama in creating her own custom herbal tea blend to take home—a simple ritual of nourishment, restoration, and self-care.

Together, they’ll create a warm, supportive space where healthcare meets time-honored traditions, offering practical tools, meaningful conversation, and a community that honors the beauty and challenges of motherhood.
