Description: Join us for an immersive sound bath experience - Dr. Drew will be co-leading this event with Brendan and Bre. We'll begin with grounding movement and breathwork to get into our bodies and become fully present before settling into our mats and the sounds! Doors will open at 5:45 with opening circle starting at 6 and closing at 7:30 * please bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket if you'd like and arrive early enough to settle in and get yourself cozy *An evening to slow down and reset
